Cancellation

The customer has the right to return the full amount in the event that the order is canceled before the shipping/delivery process, otherwise the installation / delivery fees will be deducted from the value of the order.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If the customer did not attend the appointment within 2 weeks from the scheduled date the order will be cancelled automatically.

The amount paid will be refunded to the customer with the applicable fees deducted.

During the two weeks period, our team will contact the customer via Email to remind them of the installation.

Our customer service team will send an email to the customer one day before the cancellation, informing that if there is no response, the order will be cancelled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Aswaqy, you agree that the regulations and laws of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Aswaqy or its associates.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Aswaqy. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
