How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping/delivery for orders in Saudi Arabia takes 1-5 business days. Most orders are received within 2 days of ordering.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 3 – 7 business days to deliver.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.
My tracking hasn’t been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
- allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and
- reach out to your postal worker directly.
